Mississippi Mud Pie

Mix Together:	Blend Together:
1 cup flour 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup butter or margarine	8 oz cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup cool whip 3 cups cold milk 3oz pkg instant pudding
Press into 9 x13 pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.	Fold in cool whip. Pour over crust. Into cold milk, beat a 3 oz package of any flavor instant pudding. Pour over cream cheese layer. Top with cool whip and nuts. Refrigerate.
