Marinate pork in the other ingredients for several hours. Dust with corn starch and fry till crisp. Serve with sweet and sour sauce, pineapple chunks, bell pepper chunks, etc.
Mix in a sauce pan: brown sugar, corn starch. Stir in vinegar, broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger. Cook until thick. This is also very good as a dip for egg rolls or chicken nuggets. Use 1/2 or 1/3 recipe.
