Green Chili Burrito Casserole


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lb grated jack cheese
  • 1 can diced green chilis
  • Directions:

    Brown ground beef with chopped onion. Drain. Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, grated jack cheese and diced green chilis. Layer in casserole dish with flour tortillas (very good with homemade tortillas). Bake at 350 until heated through (about 20 minutes).
