Crescent Rolls


  • Pour 3 cups hot water over 1 cup soft butter. Let stand, then add:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 heaping tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp yeast
  • 5 eggs
  • Directions:

    Mix well. Then add 8-10 cups flour using dough hook. This is a very sticky dough; do not try to knead by hand. Let rise until doubled. Roll out into crescent shapes. Let rise again. Bake at 400 until brown (10-12minutes). Makes about 3 dozen.
