Crepes

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or oil

    Directions:

    Mix eggs and salt. Gradually add flour alternately with milk. Beat in butter or oil. Refrigerate overnight. Cook as very thin pancakes, turning once and fill with fruit and cream.
