Broccoli Cheese Soup


  • 12 chicken boullion cubes
  • 3 quarts water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 large package frozen broccoli
  • Directions:

    Cook all of the above until vegetables are tender. Melt 2 cubes margarine and blend in 1 cup flour to make roux. Add to vegetable mixture and stir until smooth. Then add 8 oz processed American cheese and stir until melted. Recipe can easily be cut in half.
