Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 5 chicken breasts, boned
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup butter (not oleo)
  • Directions:

    Mix Worcestershire, lemon juice, salt, pepper and celery salt with sour cream. Pour over chicken and marinate overnight. Roll chicken in bread crumbs, put in a well-greased shallow pan and refrigerate for 1 hour. Brush chicken with half of butter. Bake 30 minutes at 325. Baste with remaining butter and bake 30 minutes. Serves 5.
