Barbeque Beef


  • 2-3 lbs inexpensive cut of beef
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce (or homemade)
  • Directions:

    Slowcook beef in crockpot or oven until it is tender and comes apart easily. Break into pieces and remove fat. Mix with enough BBQ sauce to moisten (more if you like it drippy). Keep warm till time to eat. Serve with fresh rolls. Save the broth that is left in the meat for stew or gravy.
